Please note all Orders Using a `NEXT DAY delivery methods are delivered the NEXT WORKING DAY , Saturday deliveries are with additional charges.. ( Orders must be placed by or before 3pm on the day to receive the next working day)
Customers who need their items /products on a Saturday where an order is placed on a Friday should Please check first to ensure their local post office(s) are opened on a Saturday for such delivery, before placing their orders, for more information , please click here for your local royal mail depot
RETURNS, EXCHANGE, REFUNDS.
We are proud to say our refunds rates are less than 1% and we understand that there may be times ,we may not be able to please everyone and so Virginhairworld operates a full refund policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchases, simply contact us for a full refund.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us for more information or if you require further assistance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Free gifts are non refundable or exchangeable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once returned items are received , inspected, and confirmed , Your refunds will be processed, and due credit will automatically be applied to your credit / debit card or original method of payment. On average, within 1 (one) to 24 (twenty -four) hours of having received returned items, refunds are usually applied and customer notified.
Late or missing items may incur charges (as applicable)
We generally advice our customer to allow 3-5 working days for refunds to be cleared into accounts. Although, We apply refunds instantly, processing time would normally depend within processing banks / building society.
In the events there are delays with refunds, of if 5 (five) working days have gone passed since your refunds were applied and has not been cleared into debited account, please contact us immediately for further assistance.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. We also exchange items, if you change your mind on styles of choice, for instance, you ordered a straight hair, but changed your mind to prefer a body wavy or curly hair.

Please do not post your items without informing us prior, Virginhairworld.co.uk shall not be responsible for any missing items posted without our knowledge, we shall not be responsible for any damage or lost items.
All returned items shall first, be verified before exchange or refunds are initiated.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that the returned item will be delivered to us if they're not trackable , for proof for yourself and ourselves, Please contact us should you need help.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RETURNS/EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Virginhairworld.co.uk takes promptness of delivery very seriously and work closely with our couriers to ensure customer satisfaction. Our main couriers are DHL, FED EX, UPS and ROYAL MAIL.
Virginhairworld only accepts and make deliveries to same addresses as billing addresses. If your shipping address is different from billing address, you must send us documentation via email or fax with proof as the card owner for credit card or method of your payments. We may also require an authorization from you before we could process such order and in some cases we may need further approval from your issuing bank. We regret, we're unable to process orders with different address to billing without fulfilling this requirements. Please contact us for required documentation or if you have further questions.
If you are a dropshipper, mobile hair dresser, etc, operating a business delivering to different addresses, you may want to consider registering with us. All dropshipping shipments are delivered with plain labels and instructions of the shipper.
